Review Process

  1. Modules Prioritized (complete)
  2. Modules Assigned, with planned review date (goal 4 weeks)
  3. Content Creator makes initial documents (Word, PowerPoint, etc)
  4. Initial documents circulated to reviewers (curriculum working group, current residents, etc) and comments / edits are made in online version of Word, PowerPoint files (goal 2 weeks)
  5. Content Creator makes video recordings of modules, if needed
  6. Group approves content (require at least one extra person from working group to go through whole content?)
  7. Tech support uploads final content to OSS site
  8. Review group can continue to edit / upload content on OSS site
